  20. Take a phone to the outside of your house (or drag a line if your testing with a
  21. modem), open the Network Interface Box (flathead screwdriver), locate the RJ-11
  22. jack, plug in the line/phone... if you get probs, it's the telco's beef.. if not
  23. it's yours (a prob with the wiring in your residence/biz)
